This was my third order from Twelve Timbers, and they are always consistent. Each time, the quality has been great, exactly as pictured on the site. I like that they use good materials; the wood feels sturdy. Delivery usually takes around a week to get to me in Texas, which is pretty standard. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they haven't disappointed yet. I grabbed some 'Kids Room Wall Art' for my niece's birthday. It was super cute and she really liked it. Getting it shipped out was quick, so that was good. No complaints here.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a 'Magnetic Letter Board' and some extra 'Magnetic Letters'. The board itself is solid and looks great, definitely well-made. The letters stick well, no issues there. Shipping took about 5 days to reach Denver, which was fine, but the box was a little dented on one corner when it arrived. Luckily, the product inside was perfectly fine. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking, which I appreciated. Overall, good value for what I paid, but maybe they could use better packaging.

Loved the Fall Framed Art

Got the 'Soft Autumn Forest Framed Art' and it's absolutely gorgeous! The colors are so vibrant and it totally brightened up my living room for the season. Shipping was fast too. I will definitely be shopping here again and recommending them to all my friends!
